Sim’s litigation practice encompasses commercial, real estate and contractual disputes, including matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario and various Ontario tribunals.

His experience includes practice with Fuerst Ittleman David & Joseph, a boutique law firm in Florida. He brings an Ontario and U.S. perspective to the assessment of disputes, litigation strategy and resolution.

Neeru advises individuals and businesses on real estate transactions and commercial litigation, with additional experience in business law, wills and powers of attorney. Born in Brampton and raised in Caledon, she brings a community-focused approach to her practice.

After pursuing undergraduate studies at McGill University, Neeru earned her Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law in Southern California. She practised as an associate attorney at a California civil litigation firm handling construction, business and personal injury matters before returning to Ontario. Her background informs a practical understanding of transactions and the disputes that can arise from them.
